At Kidoriman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique streetwear pieces. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them to the designated return address provided by our support team using your preferred tracked courier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
